Purchasing experience was phenomenal. Mike, my sales guy, was a pleasure to work with. Listened to what I was looking for, worked with me over a couple of weeks to find the exact right fit and got me exactly what I wanted. This is precisely the experience I was hoping for after encountering the same just a few months earlier at Charlie Obaugh RV. Fast forward two weeks and my brand new 2024 Silverado HD is having transmission troubles (890 miles on the odometer). These things happen. Krystal, my service advisor, was absolutely phenomenal. She and Cliff, the service manager, called and texted frequently to make sure that I knew where things were and what was going on. I even got an after hours call from Mr. Elliott, the general manager, to make sure everything was okay. This is a level of customer service that you don’t find at places this size any more. Absolutely incredible, end to end. I could not speak more highly of the staff there. Thanks again to all of you for everything these past few weeks!!
